a. Forward to Zoning Hearing Board requests from Habitat for Humanity and Disruptive Innovation Advisors, LLC

b. Motion to approve resolution for P/W first responders.

c. Sent letter to Borough of Modena outlining new potential contract for the Police services that are provided by Borough of South Coatesville.

d. Discussion to engage a real estate agent to help with the sale of borough property.

e. Motion to approve Contractor for borough hall mold remediation and renovations.

14. New Business:

a. Motion to approve engaging WCU Center for Community Solutions for help with the borough website.

b. Motion to approve the purchase of new bullet proof vest for Officer Mark Healy at a cost of $1,200. We will be reimbursed $600 through a grant submitted by Sgt. Gober.

c. Motion to approve accepting the Petition for Unit Clarification from the Teamsters Union

d. Congratulations to Chief Pierce for graduating from the Command and Leadership Class that he attended. The ceremony will take place on Monday, February 5th, starting at 9:00 am.

e. Motion to approve Tom Roney as the BSC representative to the Recycling Authority

f. Motion to approve creation of RFP for the paving of the driveway to the Modena WWTP pump station.

g. Motion to approve engagement of Carroll Engineering to oversee the repair/replacement of the inlets as part of the Youngsburg Road Project.

h. Motion to approve the placement of the PW dump truck on Municibid with a reserve of $2,000.

i. Motion to approve PSAB Boot Camp Training for councilors in the amount of $125 each.
