7. Nomination and Election of President Pro Tem (Acts “when the president and vice president are absent and if there is still a quorum, then the president pro tem runs the meeting”. The authority of the president pro tem is limited to running the meeting during the absence of both the president and vice president and when a quorum has been achieved.)
