    1. Meeting with Modena Borough representatives regarding the potential new contract for police services
    2. Motion to approve multiple contractors for the borough hall mold remediation and renovations.
    3. A big thank you to all of our vendors and partners for their patience while we were getting our past due accounts taken care of.
    4. Motion to approve the payment to our Secretary/Treasurer, Michelle Torres, for her vacation time and flex time that was not taken in 2023
    5. List of Committees
    6. Meeting with Carroll Engineering and CEG to familiarize them with the Youngburg Road Project and the Modena Pump Station Road Project. Waiting for quote on creating an RFP for these projects
    7. Motion to approve appointment of Renee Carey as a member of the Planning Commission
    8. Motion to approve the signature of the Phase 1 agreements associated with the Summit Village development and approve the plans to be signed and released for recording
  2. New Business:
    1. Discussion to move voting location back to the Borough of South Coatesville
    2. Approve resolution for trash fee
    3. Notification to Berkheimer to send out trash bills
    4. Update on WCU intern to help with the website and zoom

 

  • Approve Shelly Eveland as an editor to the website
  • Discussion on explosions at the scrap yard
  • Update on meeting with Newlin Homes
  • Approve engagement with Barbacane, Thornton & Company for conducting 2022 and 2023 audits
  • Motion to approve Michelle and Carol to attend a Webinar on 3/6/2024. Subject is Municipal Minutes and Communications. Cost is $45.00 each
  • Discussion to reduce the number of members on the Planning Commission from 7 to 5
